Self-Leadership
Mentorship

One-to-one guidance alongside the Self-Leadership Training. Three paths: personal process, facilitation, and integration.

Between the retreats

Why mentorship

Most people leave a training, workshop or retreat with real clarity. Then the calendar resumes, and within a few weeks the old shape of things has quietly closed back over it. This is not a failure of will, and it is not a sign the work did not land.
What is missing is contact over time. Someone who knows your process, who you speak with regularly, who remembers what you said last month and asks what happened. Four days can open something. What follows is what determines whether it holds.

That’s the same idea, doing the same job, with nothing anyone has to decode.

Choose your focus

3 mentoship paths to choose from

Path one

Personal Process

For your own life. The pattern that has not moved, the work you cannot seem to start. No destination, no assessment — preparation for nothing except your own life.

Open to anyone who has completed a level.

Path two

Facilitation

For those who want to hold space for others. Observed and co-facilitated hours, group craft, safety and screening, and the ethics of holding this work.

Assessed. Current students, from Level II.

Path three

Integration

For those who want to accompany people afterwards. Reviewed sessions, listening craft, the move from state to stage, and above all scope — knowing when to refer.

Assessed. Current students, from Level II.

How we work

The same axis, applied outward

The training climbs the central axis of the Tree of Life inward, through the layers of the self.
The mentorship runs the same axis outward, through the layers of a life.

Personal Process

The material self

Money, body, rhythm, the calendar, first paid work

Yesod

the material self

Positioning, narrative, audience, the offer

Tiferet

The material self

the true voice of the work, congruent pricing and boundaries

The potential

Vision, service, teaching what you know

Practical

How it runs

Three-month blocks, renewable. Barcelona or online.

Groups are closed for the block and formed by what you are building, not by which level you completed. Pods and circles are open to past students. Facilitation and Integration run twice-monthly, with a peer group included.

Getting started

Four steps

01

A conversation

No charge, no obligation. We see whether this fits what you need.

02

Agreement

Scope, confidentiality, the boundary with therapy, cancellation.

03

First session

After which either of us can decide not to continue.

04

Three-month blocks

Reviewed at each renewal: continue, change format, pause, or close.

What this is not

Said plainly

Not psychotherapy. I am a psychologist, but this is not a clinical relationship. Having your own therapist alongside is expected.

Not business coaching with spiritual decoration. The outer work is real work, held in the same frame as everything else.

Not required. You can complete every level of the training without it.ue.

Not a promise. No income, enrolment or professional outcome. What is offered is structure, accompaniment and study.

Book an initial conversation for your mentorship

FAQ

Questions

Do I need to be a current student?

No. It is expected that you have your own therapeutic support alongside. Where material belongs in therapy, the mentorship names that and refers.

For individual mentorship and the professional paths, yes. Pods and circles are open to anyone who has completed at least one level, whenever that was.

They are the required pathway to Transcendent Institute affiliation. They are not a licence to facilitate independently, a clinical qualification, or an externally accredited certification. They document theory and supervised practice within this school.

Against published criteria, with input from someone other than your mentor. Decisions come with reasons in writing and a path to try again.

They are recorded separately and do not count towards facilitation hours. Being present at ceremony is not training in holding one.

Yes, at any three-month review.
