Transcendent Institute School

Self Leadership Program

A structured developmental program through 4 Paths designed to cultivate Self-leadership and facilitator skills.

About the School

Our mission

The mission of the Transcendent Institute School is to build an academically grounded and experiential training for deep personal development and facilitator skills.

Our vision

We are an integrative school that:

  • Advances academic development through study, research, and the creation of practical “technologies of transformation.”
  • Bridges modern therapy and ancient traditions of inner development in a non-dogmatic, psychologically coherent way.
  • Integrates ancestral sciences of consciousness: Yoga, Buddhism and Kabbalah.
  • Trains Self-Leadership as a core competency for adult development:
    • Self-Awareness
    • Self-Regulation
    • Self-Motivation
  • Supports spiritual growth through practices that are both psychologically safe and spiritually mature—grounded in lived integration, not ideology.
  • Development of facilitator skills the school offers a facilitator path for those interested in applying the leaernings in group work facilitation or therapy.

An Experiential School for Your Developmental Process

The Self Leadership Training is the result of years of experience that spawn from the core ideas of Transcendent Psychology. This training is the bridge between psychology and spiritual exploration, providing a safe, rigorous container for deep transformation.

The training is composed of 4 levels that represent the 4 dimensions of self of the kabbalistic tree of life that represent 4 stages of evolution of the human soul.

The team

With a multidisciplinary team we weave together 3 core disciplines to support the whole person:

Mind: Integrative Psychotherapy & Ontological Inquiry

A fusion of Internal Family Systems (IFS) to heal emotional fragmentation and Ontological Inquiry to question the fundamental structures of identity and “Being”.

Body: Somatic Regulation & Integrative Health

Focuses on the biological foundation. We use Somatic Experiencing to stabilize the nervous system, release stored trauma, and cultivate a “felt sense” of safety.

Spirit: Transpersonal & Symbolic Lineages

Connecting the individual to the universal. We utilize Yoga, the Tree of Life and shamanic traditions as maps for consciousness, grounded in the integration of expanded states.

The Curriculum: The Middle Path

The core of the training is a four-step journey. Each level lasts four days and builds upon the previous one. While they can be taken individually, they are designed as a cumulative arc from embodiment to purpose.

Sat Nam

Initiation into the Transcendence School

Level 0 – Sat Nam is the essential starting point for those called to facilitate or support integration work. Sat Nam means “True Name.”

This retreat is not about building a new identity, but remembering what exists before roles and stories. Before guiding others, understand yourself.

Snake level 1

Level I

Insight
Who am I?

Theme:
Embodiment and Emotions.

The Shift:
From “Living in the Head & Inhabiting the Body.”

Before we can analyze the mind, we must stabilize the vessel. Level I is dedicated to safety and resourcing. We move away from abstract theory into the “felt sense” of here and now.

What You Will Learn:

  • Nervous System Regulation

Learn practical skills to recognize stress responses (fight/flight/freeze) and return to balance through grounding, breath, and pacing.

  • Somatic Exploration

Develop the ability to track sensations, impulses, and emotional signals in the body to access insight and support integration.

  • Attunement and Embodiment

Strengthen relational and self-attunement—reading subtle cues, staying connected, and inhabiting your body with stability and clarity.

  • Presence

Cultivate a steady, grounded presence that supports safety, authenticity, and deeper awareness in both personal work and facilitation.

Jaguar level 2

Level II

Balance
Why I am the way I am?

Theme:
Conditioning, Identity, and the Ego.

The Shift:
From “Being My Patterns & Witnessing My Patterns.”

In Level II, we explore *why* you are the way you are. We look at the survival strategies you developed in childhood—not to judge them, but to understand their intelligent function.

Hummingbird level 3

Level III

Authenticity

Theme:
Trust, The Heart, and Disidentification.

The Shift:
From “Fragmented Parts & Centered Self.”

This is the pivot point of the journey. Having stabilized the body (Level I) and understood the mind (Level II), we now practice Self-Leadership. We move from thinking about healing to trusting the healing process.

What You Will Learn:

  • Disidentification:

The practice of stepping back to witness thoughts and emotions without being swept away by them.

  • Trust Repair:

Writing “Trust Repair Letters” to inner parts that have lost faith in your leadership.

  • Somatic Trust:

Recognizing the physical signals of a “Yes” vs. a “No” in the body.

Condor level 4

Level IV

Purpose

Theme:
Alignment, Integration, and Action.

The Shift:
From “Healing & Living.”

The final level is about integration. It focuses on taking the insights from the cushion into the marketplace. We use the “Eight Cs of Self-Leadership” (Calm, Clarity, Compassion, Confidence, etc.) to navigate real-world relationships and decisions.

What You Will Learn:

  • Values-Action Mapping:

Ensuring your outer life reflects your inner values.

  • Coherence Practices:

Techniques (like HeartMath) to synchronize heart and brain for decision making.

  • Relationship Dynamics:

Managing “projection” and maintaining boundaries without closing your heart.

  • Living Purpose:

Moving from a “healing project” to a life of service and creative expression.

Who Is This For?

This School is for you if:

  • You feel “stuck” in cognitive patterns despite understanding them intellectually.
  • You are interested in developing facilitator skills and want to initiate on your personal process first.
  • You want to learn more about spirituality and connect with your soul.
  • You have had expanded state experiences (meditation, psychedelic, etc.) and need a framework to integrate them into daily life.

This Training is NOT:

A Clinical Training

We are not training you to become a therapist. This is a personal development deep-dive.

A "Quick Fix" Retreat

We do not offer magic bullets. We offer a developmental path that requires responsibility and practice.

A Religion

While we use the Tree of Life as a map, our work is psychological and compatible with any (or no) spiritual belief.
