Self-Leadership Week in Turkey · a facilitation training within deep work
Deep Work Facilitation
Self-Leadership Training
- STANDART RETREAT
- FACILITATION CERTIFICATION
Immersion into Deep Work
An event that focuses on what Deep Work is, diving deep into oneself to discover our truth. The event is structured as a retreat and a training to learn more about Deep Work, and developing and refining facilitation skills.
You’ll live your own process and learn. Some come to deepen their own work; some come to learn the craft. There is a track for each.
What the week holds
Four dimensions of the work.
Self-leadership
Self and parts, the Eight Cs — the inner architecture from which everything else is held.
Facilitation skills
Deep work
Introspective work each night, integration each morning — your own material, taken seriously.
Sound immersion
Live sound sessions woven through the week with Corbu — musician and sound-immersion artist.
Two ways to attend.
One container.
Both tracks share the same ceremonial container and the Thursday-to-Sunday week. They differ only in the facilitation layer — two different intentions, not a better and a lesser one.

What you’ll walk away with
The craft, and the ground beneath it.
Holding space
Holding space begins with self-leadership: knowing which part of you is in the room, and choosing presence over fixing.
What integration is (and isn’t)
The model, the metaphors, and the dimensions an experience must land across to become real.
Reading the risks
Spiritual bypassing, ego inflation, and the misreadings that turn a message into a trap — including in your own material.
A working toolkit
Journaling, creative and somatic tools, and how to hold a sharing circle.
The map beneath the work
A light introduction to self-leadership and the Tree of Life as a psychological frame for what integration does.
Your own ground
Five nights of guided process, held and metabolized — not left raw.
Who this is for.
This is for you if…
You’ve worked with this school before.
You’re drawn to accompany others in integration or personal-development work.
You want to deepen your own process alongside the craft.
This may not be the right time if…
This would be your first encounter with Deep Instrospective Work.
You’re seeking treatment for an acute mental-health condition — this is a training and a container, not clinical care.
You can’t commit to the full training time and the aftercare that follows.
The rhythm of the week
The shape of the days.
Nights are for Deep Work. Mornings begin gently — grounding yoga, breath, an integration circle — and the day’s teaching stays light and close to what’s actually arising. The Wednesday facilitation-training day belongs to the certification track only; Thursday through Sunday is shared by both, and Monday morning closes the container. Times to confirm — pacing follows the room.
